I lost my lock to the bike rack pin while on vacation. When I went to order a new one, they were out of stock. I checked the box to be notified when they were back in stock, and was promptly notified a week or so later. The new on arrived in short time, and worked perfectly with my existing keys.

Very glad to find an exact replacement lock (including matching keys).

I tried to order just the receiver hitch lock but it wouldn't work for my old hand me down bike rack. This set fit fine.

I sent in what they needed to process my problem. They sent me a new one to replace the defective part. Very efficient. Very quick service. Their product is the best. Their customer service is the best!!!!

Lock arrived very quickly and works just as good as the one that came with the bike rack. Very pleased.

The new style hitch pin lock improvement provides a positive reinforcement that the lock is engaged by using springback mechanism when the key is withdrawn.

When I called the e-retailer, they put me in touch with Hollywood racks who replaced the keyed part right away. Not sure how it fell off, but the racks are solid. Took a beach cruiser and my 77-lb fat tire ebike on a 6hr mountain trip with barely a wobble.

It's great to be able to replace the lock without needing to have two separate keys! I could select one that works with the keys I already have. This is very useful because I forgot to secure the old lock and if fell off the pin while I was driving.

I lost the original lock that came with my rack and ordered another one. Wasn’t sure I had ordered the right one because I picked the wrong number of the lock but it happened to fit. I like it better because it springs closed when you place it on the bolt so it won’t fall off if you forget to lock it. Fast response time and no problems at all. After all it’s just a lock. 😄

These things are the best. Just make sure you order the correct number. Can be a pain if your hitch is way under the bumper but that's not the fault of HR. Haha.

When I removed my bike rack from my suv . I left the little lock laying on the bumper. Drove off and slung it somewhere . Thanks for your fast service and delivery I can lock my rack back up
