Outstanding customer service

Thank you!

Customer Service Champions

I recently ordered a replacement part from a Hollywood Racks email recommendation and the part that arrived was not correct. I emailed Customer Service again and they immediately did the right thing and acknowledged the error and immediately sent the correct part at no cost. This is the type of company you want to support. They stand behind their word and products. Thank you Hollywood Racks you are fantastic!

Great rack for E-MTB

This has been a great rack! I will probably buy one for my other vehicle.

I purchased this bolt system just in case someone tried to steal the rack by unscrewing the bolt from the base. The system will not allow it to be stolen, but if the thief loses the nut, the rack would be very wobbly if I tried to drive away. By purchasing this spare, I have the parts to quickly replace the nut and be one my way. The piece of mind is well worth the $25.

Again, great rack system.

Other than that, the rack is perfect!

Great rack… holds 2 60# e-bikes securely…very stable…no wobble at the hitch…love how the rack easily tilts to access the back of my suv…

Appreciate customer service !

Responsive customer service !

No wobble system

Works great . Customer service is on spot.

Awesome rack & customer service

Quality of the rack is excellent, customer service is responsive, courteous, and very willing to problem solve - in this day and age a rarity! Fantastic work.

Excellent e-bike rack.

Glad for the Replacement Part

Bent the same part on my rack after a miscue of not tightening it. Glad there was a replacement part available and it arrived in a week so my biking adventures can continue.

Very good.
