Hollywood Racks Canada ships exclusively within Canada.
Our primary carrier is GLS.
Shipping costs are based on the total value of your order:

PO Boxes
PO boxes are not allowed for shipping.
Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms your package was lost before delivery, we will replace the item(s) at no cost.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier (GLS, FedEx, or Canada Post) within 48 hours.
Hollywood Racks cannot be held responsible for transport-related damage.
Returns
Items can be returned within 10 days of receipt if:

The product is unused and in original packaging

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is obtained

A 15% restocking fee will be applied

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Defective Items or Missing Parts
If your item is defective or missing components, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll decide whether to send replacement parts or a new product.
Returns for defective items include a prepaid return label.
Order Cancellation

If the order has already shipped, we’ll provide a return label. Once in transit, a full refund will be processed.
