SECURITY CABLE & KEYS

The keys and cable lock are great and the order was quick. The cable is long and the keys were easy to order with the added bonus that I could keep the keys consistent so all locks use the same key.

WoW!
Awesome customer service on a bike lock that failed to unlock and had
to get to cable cut. Highly recommend this company and their product along with the customer service, can't be beat!

Awesome customer service. Great help and communication.

I could not be happier with the Hollywood bike rack that we purchased for our Lectric bikes. I had an issue with the security cable not working anymore that came with the bike rack and emailed customer service. I had to provide some details along with pictures and received a replacement. Very happy with the outcome and service!

Want a Heavy Duty Cable Lock for your bikes? ..................Hollywood has it! And if you already have a Hollywood Rack or Hollywood locking hitch pin, you can order the Heavy Duty Bike lock with the matching key# to match your other locks! It's so nice to have ONE KEY that fits everything! My husband & I own 2 Hollywood Racks, matching hitch pins(for both), and 2 matching Heavy Duty Cable Locks & they are ALL keyed alike! No fumbling to find what key fits what? Cause 1 key fits them all if you order them with the same #. Not to mention their Heavy Duty cable locks are less expensive than most other locks, and they are better quality than most others. I don't know how they do it? Tim-n-Cheryl H.

Appreciated the shipment of arms and cable lock with keys that matched the existing rack. Thanks for a great bike rack!

Pretty great customer service and received my replacement in a short amount of time.

Excellent service start to finish.
Thanks

My problem was solved very quickly and professionally

Nice cable with lock. If you own one, you can get another one with the same key--so you don't have to have multiple keys. Roll up nicely, we use them for our bikes when you need to hook more than one bike it is great, long enough to hook multiple bikes, and also when camping to lock up generators/coolers etc. at campsites.

Live it and it fit around both bikes with room to spare. Locks securely.

Left cable lock at camp ground and was able to purchase a new one using the same key from the previous cable lock. It's great having the same key to operate all the locks on the bike rack, trailer hitch and the cable lock.

This was a replacement cable lock. The original one that came with the bike rack did not work but the company replaced it immediately. Great customer service!

Awesome.

Reached out about an issue and they solved it within a short amount of time. We love our rack, as it is sturdy and can hold our two large e-bikes without issue.

SECURITY CABLE & KEYS

I contacted Hollywood about wanting some more cable locks and they sent me back a link to exactly what I was looking for. So I ordered what I wanted and they shipped them out fast. The price was very attractive and way cheaper than from the bike company. A side note we have over 15 thousand miles on the camper with a Hollywood rake and zero problems. Very well built and worth the price.

Bought this to provide an additional security layer for my Hollywood racks hitch mount to use when traveling long distance. It’s the perfect length, coated cable to protect the bike paint, and it’s great having a single key that fits the pin lock, bike hooks, and cable lock. It’s exactly what I was looking for and a very reasonable price.

Perfect, form, fit & function. Easley carries our two 80lb Trek Ponto Go! E-Bikes. Customer service is the best in industry as well. Highly recommend!

Good buy for a replacement.
