Great Job!

Ordered a part for my Hollywood E-Bike Rack and received it fast, within days. Located in California and me being in Florida says it all. Much appreciated!
Also, this is the BEST bike carrier I’ve ever owned (this being my 5th). Well built and fits tight on our Fifth-Wheel hitch. Great engineering.

Locking 2" Hitch pin

This is a great locking hutch pin. Easy to use and the key is the same as the key for the cable lock and the hold downs for mounting the bike on the bike rack.

HR-1400

I like the Hollywood Rack. The HR-1400 that I bought 3 years ago are still capable of hauling my 4 bikes. It's very durable and sturdy. The customer representative named Rick is very nice, kind and always replying to my email. Rick also help me to get the replacement of receiver tube. Rick even gave me a free replacement when my locking pin did not work properly. Overall, Hollywood rack is a very good company.
