Long Locking Ratchet Frame Hook

good, solid equipment

Unfortunately I backed over the original ones left on the ground. Replacement one performed perfect & best part the same keys fit when you order the same part number as originals.

Hollywood Racks are great, we use it 3 or 4 times a week!

This company is fantastic. They returned my call outside of business hours, helped me order the bike rack parts I needed, and shipped them at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend them!

I ordered this as a replacement for the one I thought I had lost. I received it very quickly and after I received it, I found the missing one. I guess I can always use a spare.

This replacement frame hook works wonderfully! Thanks!

Our ebikes were stolen off of our camper and they broke our locking ratchet frame hook. Thanks for Hollywood racks for helping us get some so we could get back on the road.

We needed a replacement part for our rack. We got precise guidance regarding what the part number was, and it was shipped quickly. Many thanks.

Solid addition to my Hollywood bike rack. Gives my bikes security without having to mess with cables or other systems that are not connected to the rack.

Nicely holds our Pace 500 & Adventure 2 EBikes to our Hollywood
Sports Rider SE HR1560

Great service to get my replacement here on my vacation very quickly. Keys also match the locks on the rest of the rack.

These are very good quality

Long Locking Ratchet Frame Hook

We have been looking for a rack that would support our Aventon Aventure bikes this is the first rack that i feel comfortable with, while driving. Very sturdy and easy to use. Only complaint would be that i would like hooks to keep the straps out of the way when they are unstrapped.

fuly satisfied

Wonderful product. Best bike rack we ever had. Ratchet hooks hold and protect my bikes. Customer service is amazing. Very happy!

Long Locking Ratchet Frame Hook

Works great. All around good rack

This part keeps the rack tight into the hitch, reducing swaying and rocking while driving . Easy to install.

Have had a few bike racks but the Hollywood ebike rack safely transports our ebikes.
We lost one of the hooks which holds the bike down onto the stand and ordered a replacement hook and received it in less than a week in Canada from their US warehouse.
Always good tracking and customer service available.
