Purchased this in combination with my ratching post and long locking hook. Gives me an added element of security when traveling with my Rad Rover 6 Plus and road and/or gravel bike. Simple to use and lock.

Excellent

Had to order some bike rack parts I lost. I was on the road and had a small window of time to get the parts before I moved on to the next adventure. Hollywood had the parts to me in just a few days! Great customer service!

It was exactly what I needed. Delivery was quick as well.

I had someone back into me while I had my Bike Rack on our car, and they bent the Short Frame Hook and one of the tire holding brackets. I wasn't sure which was the right replacement parts, so I contacted customer services and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful. I received the parts within a few days, and they were the same exceptional quality as my original parts! Very happy with my rack and the quality product and customer service that Hollywood Racks provides. The old saying goes you get what you pay for, so Hollywood Racks is well worth the cost!
